Mr. Feeny Will Officiate Shawn & Katy's Wedding On 'Girls Meets World'

Shawn Hunter and Katy Hart are getting married on Girl Meets World!

Shawn (Rider Strong) and Katy (Cheryl Texiera) have been in a relationship on the show for some time now. In the episode, “Girl Meets Upstate,” Shawn proposes to his girlfriend, with help from his best friend, Cory, and Katy accepts.

A promo aired on Disney Channel for an upcoming episode called, “Girls Meets I Do.” The teaser clip shows Topanga, Maya, and Riley, all in dresses made for bridesmaids. A surprise guest is also returning for the special episode- Mr. Feeny (William Daniels)! Mr. Feeny was Shawn’s teacher in school and since then, he has become a mentor for him.

The promo videos confirms that Mr. Feeny will officiate Shawn and Katy’s wedding. He is seen at the altar saying the words, “We are gathered here today…,” before Maya interrupts. Maya might feel anxious at the idea of having a new father because she never really had a relationship with her biological father.
